Free tracked shipping on every Soothe & Motion order to the United States.

• Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping.
• Where it ships from: orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse outside the United States.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, or if the tracking shows a problem, contact us through the contact page on our website. We will look into it and send a replacement or a full refund if the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can change the address only before the order ships.
