This website and online store are operated under the trade name Soothe & Motion by Matthew COM, sole trader (micro-entreprise under French law), 14 Rue des Trois Pigeons, 31200 Toulouse, France, SIRET 983 717 398 00025 ("Soothe & Motion", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Our products are designed for relaxation and comfort; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always follow the usage instructions, do not use them while sleeping, and ask your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or use a pacemaker.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable; in that case you are fully refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your market and include shipping to the destinations we serve. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, through the secure payment methods shown at checkout.

The Soothe & Motion name, logo, texts and images on this website may not be copied or reused without our permission.
